), Pastor of Worship & Music since April 1991, was originally a resident of Wisconsin, where he came to faith in Christ at age 18. A few years later he attended Biola University, where he received the Bachelor of Music degree in music education. He also attended Cal State Fullerton, receiving the Master of Music degree in performance. Jeff has 2 children, Matthew and Shannon.

), Minister to Adults, grew up, attended schools and began a 30 year career with the US Dept of Agriculture in Maine. He “headed west” at 27 and found Christ in the desert of California. Over many years Jim was helped to grow spiritually by men and women in the ministry of the Navigators. He has served in the local church in various small group settings, as a Deacon, Elder and joined the staff at CBC in August 2005. Jim and his wife Norma have two adult children and a grandson.

), Pastor to Students, was raised in Hesperia, California. He graduated from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, California, with a B.A. in Youth Ministry and Christian Education, and is currently pursuing his Master's Degree through Liberty University. He had served 8 years as the Director of Junior High ministries at Faith Community Church in Santa Clarita before being called to Calvary Baptist Church in August 2000. He and his wife Emily have two daughters, Rebekah and Danielle.

) Director of Children’s Ministries, has been a resident of Lompoc for the last 12 years. She received her Associate degree from Allan Hancock in Child Development. She and her husband, Bill have two grown children, Victor and Matthew and one grandchild. Prue came on staff in August 2006.

) Church Administrator, has a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State College and an MS in Systems Management from University of Southern California. Larry came to faith in Christ at the age of twenty seven. He retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel and then spent 15 years in the aerospace industry. Larry is a retired Certified Manager. He has attended Calvary since 1985, served as Deacon Board Chairman for six years, as Church Treasurer and came on staff in 2005. Larry and Enola have two adult daughters.
