Paul is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M in Hebrew and Semitic studies) and also of the University of Washington (MA in Philosophy). He served as Pastor of several churches for 20 years and over the last 14 years he has been active in ministry as a "street shepherd". He loves studying and teaching God's Word and encouraging believers to grow in grace. Paul and his wife Vivian have two adult children, a daughter Andi and a son Mark.

A few years later he attended Biola University, where he received the Bachelor of Music degree in music education. He also attended Cal State Fullerton, receiving the Master of Music degree in performance. Jeff has 2 adult children, Matthew and Shannon.
